1. Early access program

GuildScope is currently offered as part of an early access program. Features may change, be incomplete, contain bugs, or be discontinued at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use GuildScope and must provide accurate information when applying for early access or using the service.

3. Access and accounts

We may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access to GuildScope at our discretion, especially during early access.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Misuse GuildScope
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Interfere with the service or its users
Use GuildScope for unlawful purposes
Copy, reverse engineer, or abuse the product beyond what is allowed by law

5. Product outputs and decisions

GuildScope provides signals, summaries, and product guidance based on available data. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only.

You remain responsible for your own moderation, community, operational, and product decisions.

6. No warranty

GuildScope is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuildScope and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, especially during early access.

You may stop using GuildScope at any time.

9. Changes to the service or terms

We may change GuildScope or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
